Returning an item
Any item purchased from our website is eligible for return or exchange within 30 days as long as the item is in it's new, unworn and unwashed condition. We want it to be simple for you to make a purchase with Comical Shirt® and don't want anything standing in the way of you getting an item you absolutely love that fits you right. We proudly offer Free Returns and Exchanges to help make it happen.
Simply contact us about any item you wish to return that was purchased on this website and we'll be happy to provide instructions as well as a free return shipping label!
The Return Process Explained
Should you contact us about returning or exchanging an item, we will provide you via e-mail a prepaid return shipping label to send the item back.
Packaging and Shipping Instructions
Once you receive your return label and instructions, package your item up carefully to ensure it is not damaged during the return shipping process. We do require the package contain a note that has your order number or name included so that we can handle it once it returns. This information would have been included in the email with your shipping label.
Feel free to re-use the shipping bag the item came in and tape it shut, or alternatively seal it in any plastic bag for protection and place it in an envelope. Once packaged print out the shipping label we provided and apply it to the outside of the package using tape.
Once the label has been applied, feel free to give the package to your mail carrier, drop it off in any postal bin or bring it in to your local post office.
Return shipping transit time
As with our outbound shipping, most items will make it back to our facility in just a few days. Just in case though, we do have the tracking number available and can assist you if it doesn't turn up.
Return Processing
Once your return package has been received it will typically get processed the same or next business day. At this point your return will be inspected and if everything is as expected we will refund your order if you requested a refund, or add a replacement order in our system if you requested an exchange.
It really is that simple!
